If they're large and Maori, then Sir would be advisable.

Re: QRA Queens..
G'day All,
Unfortunately I have a family emergency and can not attend the Duncan series or Queens. I might be able to scrape the BRC and MDRA OPM's in.
I was really looking forward to catching up with so many people over the course of the week.
At least I have a crap load of rounds ready for club meets now

The Victorian advanced scouting party has arrived!
Need a beer or three after that drive.

Hi All,
Just a quick "heads up" for the NSW team, I arrived yesterday and after wondering where everyone was for about 2 seconds I headed for the bar, Mr Davies did the classic "I forgot my wallet" routine and as a result I bought quite a few refreshments last night, must have been hard work as he was really thirsty

Good strategy Tim. These types of events are won and lost in the bar. Get in some good practice before the main event.

Yes this is building up to one of the best F-Class events ever. Some interesting performances e.g. Tim Lawrence improving as the distance increased to win F/TR, Steve Lazarus making a respectable debut in F-Open, and Denis Aarons a possible at 1000yds! This is going to be very interesting to watch from afar.

Just to clarify. There was no skill involved in that. Pure chance and game playing. I shot second in a zero wind condition. All flags were absolutely dead. A condition not seen all weekend. In fear of a repeat of the last range, I rattled them out as fast as I could, not concentrating on X's, knowing the flags would be up again, chopping and changing as they had been. In my condition most shooters would have had a much higher x count. The wind suddenly came on strong again literally after my last shot and gave club mate DaveB a hard time along with the rest of the field.
Rod well and truly earned that range win. As one of the last to shoot, he steered through highly volatile velocity changes to earn the badge using 2 different untested experimental loads, both with less than 20mm vert is what he said.
Congratulations Rod on a great weekend.
Great to see everyone over the weekend. Wish I was there shooting the rest.

For those not here.
Victoria won today by the smallest margin.
Looking like a great battle tomorrow.
