Thought I would share some pics of my Caldwell that I bought on here for $200.
It was a little sad looking missing a knob, scratched up and feeling very scratchy to use.
I pulled the whole thing down and cleaned, polished all moving parts and gave it a hammertone black spray using a pressure pack.
Gave it a lube and reassembled. Whammed up two new handles as I needed to replace one anyway and also to make it look a little more special.
I also made a new front stop using O rings as cushions. I thought this was my original idea and that I was special until I was looking at a Seb Neo and saw that I just subconsciously stole the idea .
Anyway she looks good now and is smooth as butter. Not too bad for a total cost of $215.
