This is awesome news. Id say Id help but I have a 220 fb in my 7mm08AI and a 1-9T barrel. Good luck. I'll be keeping an eye out for these as bergers are expensive as heck and hard to get at times.

Is there a reason you specify an 8 or 8.5' twist barrel. These pills are only very slightly longer overall than the other 180gn bullets (with longer ogive) so should they still work well in 9" twist?

Thanks Rod,
Yes...l guess l am being over cautious in recommending a 1:8.5 or 1:8 twist barrel with this projectile. This due to the ogive shape and the length of bearing surface, it may shoot fine in a 1:9 twist barrel, but time ndvtesting will tell.
Will, take your advice, so looking at a 185-ish grain bullet, similar to the Sierra/Berger bullets which are built on a longer jacket
So, trying to see if l can obtain either the Sierra jacket or the J4 Berger jacket, or some tooling to reform another jacket. See how we get on.
Thank you for your interest in my Bullets
