All Things Shooting

#1 Postby macguru » Tue Aug 26, 2014 5:53 pm

I ordered brass from all things shooting (http://www.allthingsshooting.com.au/) , my card was debited , the brass did not arrive and they do not answer emails or telephone. I have gone to the bank to get my money back...

just to let everyone know ...

Did the "we're not accepting any more orders" notice come up when you placed the original order?

I recall seeing the notice at least 2 months ago. Maybe their shopping cart and credit card system is still active?

Bummer all the same

I had some stuff ordered from them several months ago and never received it. I did manage to eventually get a refund after lodging a complaint.

Good luck with it.

I believe I know who the owner is. I'll follow up these concerns with him. In the meantime please do not use this forum as a means of putting pressure on suppliers. It can lead to legal action against me personally (as moderator), as happened to a similar shooting forum which was closed down suddenly as a result.

I have contacted the owner of All Things Shooting. As mentioned above he is not taking new orders and is endeavouring to clear the backlog of orders. I believe the pre-paid orders will come good. A friend of his has told me that he currently has a lot on his plate at home.

I repeat, please do not use this forum for any campaigns against suppliers.
