Has anyone used these on their target rifle before. My thinking is that if they accommodate muzzle brakes, they should be able to accommodate a front sight.

Yes, Scott.
I believe that is the same model I had fitted to my target rifle.
A number of us got to try it at the Goondiwindi Development Squad.
Russell had brought his along for us and from memory it was just a velcro strap attachment that he used to fit it to our rifles.
Andrew was there too, so he may have more detail for you.

Yeh, I got to use one at the belmont weekend as well, but it looked like a pain in bum to fit it on the barrel behind the foresight mount. That one was a full kit, where these are a half kit for sporter barrels that allow for muzzle brakes. I think that these have a longer shaft to do this and thought if that's the case they would be a lot easier to fit. And they're nearly half the price of the full kit.
