Advice for lefties

#1 Postby clancoster » Mon Aug 08, 2016 5:10 pm

New to TR and wanting some advice about the purchase of my own rifle. Currently using the club rifle (right handed). My first rifle will be second hand but wondering if i should wait it out for a left hand action, or jump in with a right handed and upgrade later. Left handed seem to be few and far between, and inexpensive right-handers are quite easy to come by.
Thanks in advance.

There was a left hand TR Barnard in our local gun shop if interested, wasn't expensive either. I'll check to see if it's still there if you want?

Thanks Geoff.

That was to be my next question. If you know of any LH TR out there, let me know what you have, or what you have seen.
Currently looking on usedguns, but happy to hear of anything else.
Thanks

Clancoster,
just checked with the local gun shop. Yes left hand Barnard is in stock, comes with TR stock and TR sights, not sure of round count but if interested you could call them.
Shop contact: Got One, 0350228444
Price is $2400.00
cheers

Local SSAA member turned up yesterday with this gun as detailed above, Stock is KHGS TR stock and barrel fitted by KHGS. An excellent gun Clancoster missed out on.
