Can anyone confirm the ammo limit quantities in the NFA, have any been set?
What truly are the implications?
Does anyone have any factual info on this?
Please, can we refrain from commenting if you don't actually know what is going on.

Re: NFA ammo limits.
Jase , was hoping Shane G was able to help on this with close ties to the industry. But The NFA review hasn't been voted on yet in Qld parliament and thus we are still under the old laws.
I'm not going back into my Dark hole again to fight this, I'm in a happy place ATM . But I will say there are some worrying things in the review.
Eg Loss of firearms to Criminal intelligence as mentioned by Shane .
Abolishing junior licenses !!
And ammo limits .
Nsw is going through ammo restrictions now as I understand!
I'm not an expert on this but am passionate about it !
Hopefully there is someone in the know will hilight the draconian NFA review laws ?
An extract from the NFA about Adult only licenses !
LICENSING
32. Jurisdictions agree to maintain a uniform system of testing applicants for firearms licences.
33. In addition to the demonstration of genuine reason, a licence applicant must be required
to:
(a) be aged 18 or over
(b) be a fit and proper person
(c) be able to prove identity through a 100 point system requiring a passport or multiple types of identification
(d) undertake adequate safety training (see paragraph 35).
