Right what's the difference between a Musgrave and a Remington action will it fit in a Remington stock with a bit off work ?

A Musgrave was essentially an upgraded Mauser design with a solid flat bottom in the configuration we saw it. I doubt it would take fitting to a Remington stock without a certain amount of carpentry and/or bogging.
