PM's stuck in outbox

I have two PM's in the Outbox and they are stuck there and didn't get sent

Why is it so? :?:

I think they remain in the outbox untill the recipient opens them, when they are opened they will be removed from the outbox.

Adam if that it correct then the forum admistrator hasn't checked his mailbox :oops:
