I too have fired 1000's of the 450's with absolutely no problems. Another friend was having problems. On examination it was found that the internals of his bolt was lubricated with a heavy sticky grease. We washed the bolt out and problem solved. Bruce, re Shell Racing A. I could not find any reference to it on the Shell web site. Could it be that the name has changed?
Do you have a Material Safety Data Sheet for that product?

I use moly projectiles. Grouping is very similar between 25 to 26 grains of 2208. Projectiles are jammed. However, try CCI 450mag primers. Merry Christmas. Cheers Cliff.

F OPEN AND FTR GRADE POINTS FOR LONG RANGE

The Match Rifle web site now has Grade Points listed for Long Range F Open and FTR shooters.
This will enable F Class shooters to compare there performance against fellow shooters across the country.

The limits are in accordance with the SSR's for F Open.
Coona is a 7.62 Classification range. Any calibre up to 8mm. Energy is not to exceed 4182 ft-lbs or 5675 joules.
