Re: MCSI, update needed

... it appears weighted quite heavily in favour of F standard. The last update was from figures gained in 2014, I think F Standard scores have improved since that time. So, Alan, can we have an update please. Cheers Danny Danny, I agree, F-Open and F/TR seem to be getting the raw end of the stick b...

Re: NQRA Queens

Someone has advised me that F-Class badges in the NQRA Queens will no longer be Queens badges. Can anyone confirm this?

PS. My apologies - please ignore that - it was the NTRA Queens that was mentioned (see Geoff's post below).

Rod gets a 58.4.

Great contest! Congratulations Tim =D> . Amazingly, this is Tim's first Queens win, long overdue for someone of his ability.

Re: sara queens

The stage is set for a memorable final day in F-Open. With those similar X-counts it might even end in a shoot-off  . Whoever wins will have well and truly earnt it :D . Good luck to the contenders in all classes.

Re: sara queens

The main Queens scribe in this forum, Tim Nugent scored a 60.10 at 700 this morning. Not many clean in the 600m though. Nicely done Tim, and you too at 300 Rod. I seem to remember the first 60.10 at Lower Light was only a month or two back. The 700 scores in F-Open were amazing. You have to sympath...

Re: sara queens

Your reporting is much appreciated Tim. I'm pleased to see from the weather forecast that the 900 looks like it will actually happen in the Queens this year. There is a strong field in F-Open - hopefully we'll see a close competition.

Re: Victorian Queens Series - 2018

Yes well done to all. Rod was in majestic form in F-Open, but Bob Kinnear very impressive again. Great to see Danny get up in F-Std-A, and "Mahoney" in F/TR. Conditions were on the whole pretty good on all 3 days, still very warm for this late in the year, but nothing like it used to be in...

Re: Victorian Queens Series - 2018

Greetings from Canberra. Yes Rod quickly "asserted his authority" yesterday after trying a few things in the leadup. I believe he's using his SAUM right through after doing the first range with a 6 or 6.5. Conditions were pretty tame yesterday, with an occasional tricky condition at 600. L...

Re: nraa funding of overseas shooting

If you nominate for an overseas team representing your country then you do whatever it takes to prepare in every way, including funding. If you don't have the initiative to do that, then what sort of team member will you be? Personally I think this is a minor issue, which has been raised as another ...

Re: nraa funding of overseas shooting

I would like to apologise to TR shooters for any inference that they are implicated in any unfair allocation of funding. As most of you will realise Bruce Moulds's attitude is not typical of F-Class shooters. Some of us may think that the NRAA needs fixing, but we have no quarrel whatsoever with TR ...
