WTB - adjustable TR stock for Barnard

Hi All Will likely pull the trigger on a '94 Barnard P this week, but it is in an F Class stock and I'll be shooting target rifle with it. Does anyone have an adjustable right handed TR stock inletted for a Barnard (preferable with a v block) that they are interested in selling? Love the look of woo...

Re: WTB - adjustable stock for Omark 44

Thanks for all the advice fellas. The stock on the omark was too short for me. Had a length of pull around 11.5 inches and my inside arm measurement as per dgeorge52 is about 13.5 inches. After some playing around and thinking I decided to sell and start again. All part of the learning experience......

Re: WTB - adjustable stock for Omark 44

Thanks mate. I'll let this ad ride for a couple weeks to see if anyone has an adjustable stock to sell and then have another look at the Hatchers.

In the meantime I'll keep fiddling with length of pull and strap on cheekpads on my current stock to try to find a better fit!

Re: WTB - adjustable stock for Omark 44

Thanks lonerider. They look the goods and the price is right, but I was hoping for something adjustable so i could do some fiddling to find out what best fits.

Did you need to bed the stock to your action when you got it? Definitely a stock worth me considering!

WTB - adjustable stock for Omark 44

WTB Omark 44 stock adjustable for length of pull and cheek weld (Fullbore/Target Rifle) . I've been shooting TR with an omark 44 with the old top wood stock for a little while, and it is becoming clearer to me that my fit with the rifle isn't very good. I seem a bit longer in the arms than the stoc...

Re: Rings for Parker Hale foresight?

Thanks Wilson85. I'm checking sighting at the range tomorrow and then will shoot the normal club shoot with the old Omark, so I'm keen to see how it goes! I won't claim to be shooting high 40s at the moment anyway, but have a reasonable benchmark of my scores so should be able to judge whether it is...

Re: Rings for Parker Hale foresight?

I've had a bit of luck looking around today (I think!) and have managed to order a second hand 22mm Cooper tunnel, and also track down a PH577 adapter to fit the Gehmann rear iris I have. Hopefully when they turn up they fit the old Omark! Wilson85, what would someone usually use to bush the front m...

Re: Rings for Parker Hale foresight?

Thanks for the kind offers. I'm going into the club this weekend and they've mentioned they might have some in there so I'll let you know if I'm still looking. My next beginner's question is where to buy an adapter to get a Gehmann rear iris to fit a Rawson rear sight? I've picked the Gehmann up sec...

Rings for Parker Hale foresight?

I've just picked up an old Omark 44 with a Parker Hale foresight. Unfortunately the only ring that came with it is the one in the sight itself. The Omark has a screw on cap at the base of the pistol grip labeled "Parker Hale - England" that I believe would usually hold spare rings but it w...
