I have one on my Tikka 308 hunting rifle and find it accurate (have shot a few possibles from 300-500yds) and very functional in the field.
A worthwhile buy.

Brisbane Rifle Club 2018 OPM

Hi All

It is time for the annual Brisbane Rifle Club OPM on the 4th of August. Good final preparation for the Queensland Queens. 500, 600 and 600 yds.

Please see flyer attached. It will be followed by the Annual MDRA OPM on the 5th, poster to follow later.

One of our club members run the 115gr’s in a 6x47 with a 1:8 barrel and she gives most of us a hiding all the way out to 800yds, that rifle and shooter are a wicked accurate combination..... at 900 and 1,000 yds runs with the 284’s in moderate winds....... now if there were a Queens that ran to 800y...

Any indication of which of the primers serves best? Also how many reloads do you get out of the Norma brass?

6XC Load Data

Hi All

I am havimg a 6XC built on a Defiance Action with a 28” 1:8 Bartlein barrel for PRS amd the occasional F Open stint.

Planning on using 103-107grn with Norma brass. Best powders out there ? Any loads or other tips to share?
