Well done Rod and a fantastic effort from all the Aussie shooters.

Now that you've all warmed up, the real challenge can begin :D

Best of luck and hope all your hard work continues paying off.

Re: Canadian F-Class Nationals 2017

Today's results updated in a slightly more manipulative fashion on the North Sydney Rifle Club website.

https://www.northsydneyrifleclub.com.au/canada-scores

Doesn't look like they post a daily Agg.

Well Done again to all.

Cheers,

Re: Canadian F-Class Nationals 2017

For those folks that might like a slightly more mungable version of the list, I've added a page that can be found on our club website. It's just manually pulling the data from the Canadian Results page and putting it in an Excel spreadsheet. I've then added a few filters that can be changed so folks...

Re: NRAA Queens

I think something has to be said about all the negative and derogative comments that have been made on these pages and other forum posts about "Machine Gunning". People seem to think that it is easy to "machine gun" and that somehow one gets an unfair advantage from that. If you ...

Re: Primer pocket depth

Scott, I suspect it will have a impact depending on your primer seating tool. If you are seating by hand, or with a tool that is based on "feel" I don't believe it will be as critical to have a uniform seating depth. If you use a tool similar to the Forster press or seating tool, that has ...

Re: Blue Mountains DRA OPM 2017

Results are in at http://www.nraa.com.au/89th-annual-blue-mountains-open-championships-2017-nsw-results/ Quite a nice day at Lithgow, pleasantly cooler than sweltering Sydney just the other side of the range :) F Open was taken out by another great shoot by Allison Rigby, pipping Matt Paroz by a sin...

Re: CCI Primers

I have had a couple of these style of misfire issues, but, it was not the fault of the primer. I found that my jam had turned into a jump over time and was exacerbated by excessive shoulder bump (my 2 thou bump had grown to 4). This combination allowed the bullet to move forward slightly (only a cou...

Re: Website Connectivity Issues

Hi Graham, This is partly true. There is also an issue I believe where the hosting provider is not doing their bit. The fact that several of the bigger DNS providers still don't have the propagated entries is a bit worrying. Typically DNS propagation should not take longer than 6hrs for most name se...

Re: Prefered primer for 280AI and AR2217

Hi Graham, I've never owned a .284 and my only other barrel is a 6mm Dasher, so I'll leave the comparisons to others. As for the calibre itself, I really like it. I use it from 300 all the way out to 1000yds. For a one barrel, one Queens option, I don't think there are many better. I'd like somethin...

Re: Website Connectivity Issues

One quick note.

If I manually set my DNS resolver to OpenDNS at 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 I have success.

Website Connectivity Issues

Hi Graham/Alan, Great job on the website updates and I appreciate all your efforts. One issue, that seems to be still affecting folks, the DNS registration seems to be still having issues. I'm getting about a 50% success rate when I connect from work (aapt provider) and zero connectivity from home /...

Re: Prefered primer for 280AI and AR2217

Hi Footsore, I never reached my target speed with the 2217, i ran out of case in my 280AI for 2217, and only reaches 2920fps. I was using BR2 large primers and a very limited trial with Federal 210m. I am using 2213sc and have no issues reaching my target of 2960 fps and found quite a wide powder no...
