Re: 6mm Dasher ammo for sale

I see the concept of second hand and its pricing eludes you.

Re: NSWRA 141st Annual Open Championships

Mike the scores certainly tell the story. There were dozens of flights cancelled at Sydney airport today because of extreme wind. "A bad day at the range is better than a good day at work", I don't think so today. Anyone who is familiar with Malabar from the south this is tough in 20kmh pl...

Re: NSWRA 141st Annual Open Championships

If you love what you do you don't take cost into the equation.
Over the past 15 years I could not add up the tens of $1000's I've spent on target shooting and don't care to either.
Just to put your $150 into perspective I have recently spent $800 on entry fees to the Canadian Nationals & FCWC.

Re: South Australian State Championships - the "Queens"

Just to state the obvious Andrew you would find that a lot of the FCWC and State team members stayed on for the main event, unfortunately I wasn't one of them.
Congratulations to all the competitors and especially the winners.

Re: Lyndhurst 2017 OPM

Very disappointing FTR turnout, one competitor.

I remember when FO struggled to find a PM to go to not too long ago through lack of participant support.

Re: Mudgee OPM and Lyndhurst OPM

Some of you might be thinking it but I'm going to say it. Mudgee was one of the few remaining Clubs that refused to accommodate F Open and I always struggled with what to do at Easter. Inverell is just to much of a drive for a prize meet from Sydney. Good on Lyndhurst for quickly picking up the ball...

Re: Manual targets

Lithgow uses manual targets on Saturday afternoons.
Be careful what you wish for, competitor marking.
If you are physically capable of pulling a target you are expected to.

WARNING Murom small rifle primer

Anyone tempted to save a dollar by buying Murom small rifle primers will need to reconsider. Today my 2 sons used their 6BR which was using new brass and had the bolt refaced by LRP as the bolt face had been scorched from what I thought was worn out primer pockets. To my disgust tonight the bolt had...

Re: ACT Queens.

I was at a Fly shoot in Canberra last weekend and have it from a very reliable source that ALL the ACT Queens targets will be tested and faces acoustically centred.
I will have no problem with handing over my entry fee given this reassurance.

Re: Reticle Choice for Nightforce BR 12-42x56

John,

I have a 12-42 BR with a NP2DD which I used for years, found the centre dot too big. Although my twin boys seem to like it on their gun. Moved to a 8-32 BR NPR2 which I prefer.

Re: ACT Queens.

They have got rid of 300m & 700m, the entire program consists of 500,600 & 800m in 10 or 15 shot matches. :D

All disciplines to be shot on Kongsberg targets.

Re: Nightforce ATAC R 5 - 25×56 FFP

I have found Nightforce warranty procedure and service to be excellent.

If you've bought this scope through an Australian distributor you won't have an issue.
