Re: sighting in target

www.triplej.com.au have zero targets. Go into downloads and click on Sighting. You'll find the 25 yard zero targets as a free download.

Re: Wingham OPM June 2019

Duncan Davies only missed 3 centers on day 1. That would have given him 177.? if you convert it to f class. And on the 1st range on day 2, 5 x t/r shooter shot 50.10, which converts to 60.? each.
Look out if any of these guys decide to throw a scope on their rifles.

Re: WTB - Centra Fullbore Rear Sight With Dovetail Mount

Gerard, I'm pretty sure that you can get an adapter for them that screws to the top of your action. If you can't, are you able to screw a pic rail on and mount your sight to it?

Re: Just starting out

Which ever scope you end up with, I'd recommend that you go with a MOA reticle and adjustments. That is what the targets are set at, not mils.

Re: Just starting out

I understand that you get what you pay for, but does money buy accuracy? I’m looking to get into F class as well, not too concerned with competitions just enjoy long range shooting. For some one like me would a Sauer 404 6.5 creedmoor be worth the extra $ over a Tikka T3? No. The money that you wou...

And to top it off, Mia has not long been shooting without Frog by her side coaching. Nothing better than the apprentice beating the master. Well, for the apprentice anyway. Maybe not so much for Frog.haha.
Seriously, Frog couldn't of been prouder if it had been himself with the number 1 badge.

Re: WTB joy pod

Have you looked at the new auspod mate. I was having a look at one at the q store the other day. Very well made and I think they are a bit cheaper to boot.

Cool, thanks, I should have thought of this myself.
They state imr4350, is that equivalent to 2208 or 2209 in the adi powder?

22 BR

Just a couple of quick questions relating to the 22BR round. They'll help make my mind up as to whether I bother with it or not. Q1. What powder would you run in it with 80 grn projectiles in a 1:8 barrel? Q2. Can I use 6BR dies (including the seating die) and just change the bushing in the neck die...

Re: Trigger questions

Novice trigger cleaner question, after soaking the trigger (barnard) in shellite and drying, do you lubricate it and what with if you do.

Note price now includes postage to your dealer and includes a harris bi-pod so you can pick it up from your dealer and drive straight to the range and shoot sporter class.

Re: New Sporter/Hunter Class...is your club promoting it?

Firstly, I support these rule changes. Obviously they will evolve as needed. My question to those clubs that already encourage guys with hunting rifles, is how do you manage their first few shoots to ensure they can safely hit the target at the longer ranges? Sure some of these guys will have aweso...
