Re: NQRA Queens

Yes well done all. Steve Lazarus's score was phenomenal. =D> Yes Steve Laz score was phenomenal, with a massive X count as well. Norm Cross score to won F std would have got him 2nd in F Open, so it was another standout. Jason Kutchels 3 point win in TR A grade was a good lead as well. Well done to...

Re: NQRA Queens

There are no reports from the coal face, so we can only assume that they are all taking this all very seriously and are studiously preparing equipment and getting to bed early. I suspect that by now, Steve Laz has already tucked Marty into bed with a cup of milo and is quietly humming a lullaby to h...

Re: More on Barrel Tuners

I have been reading with great interest here and other forums about tuners, harmonics and compensation. I have some questions about tuners. I would like to know how to figure out what weight a tuner should be for a specific weight, length and profile barrel? I have seen plenty about selecting a spe...

Re: NQRA Queens

No pre lead up banter ? C'mon Josh, we want photo's ...... Yes, very disappointing. No banter, slander, sledging, rumours, stories or scandals. I’m sure there are some people in FNQ who have a computer AND know how to write. If anywhere was going to have scandals and gossip, I though FNQ would be t...

Re: sara queens

Well, another Queens done and dusted and what a pleasurable Queens it was. Overall the weather was good, not too hot and not too cold, with a bit of a shower early on keeping the dust down. There were a few things to mention about this Queens. The F class badges did say "Queens" on them an...

Re: sara queens

The main Queens scribe in this forum, Tim Nugent scored a 60.10 at 700 this morning. Not many clean in the 600m though. Nicely done Tim, and you too at 300 Rod. I seem to remember the first 60.10 at Lower Light was only a month or two back. The 700 scores in F-Open were amazing. You have to sympath...

Re: sara queens

I know some of the S.A shooters consider themselves to be god like figures, but now I think they might be actually controlling the weather. It seems there will be light winds leading up to the shoot, then it gets windy for the 5 days of competition then turns calm again the day after the Queens fini...
