Re: Heading to the UK

I am in U.K at the moment, staying with a shooter tonight and shooting at Bisley tomorrow so if you have any other questions I will see what I can find out. The shooters here seem to be great blokes so I reckon they will be pretty helpful.

Re: Barnard Stock

If you do end up needing a new stock, I recommend the Bon Eager stocks. They are wood and carbon fibre laminate, with a carbon fibre layer along the barrel channel. They look good, work well, are very well priced and he doesn't take long to make them. If you have any particular measurements or feat...

Re: 2021 F Class Nationals

Why not 6 (or even 5) shooters and 2 coaches, It doesn't have to be 8 shooters and will be a little easier to field a team.

Re: 6mm BR - 95g VLD Bergers

I used to use the 95gn Bergers in my 6BR but have now switched to the 95gn Copperheads. It loves 8208 Powder, around 31gns with Moly bullets. I mainly use it for the short/mid ranges, from 300-600yds maybe up to 700yds in lighter conditions. Due to the extra speed it gets with the lighter 95s and th...

Re: NRAA QUEENS / Australian Championships

For those that are pushing for a change where lesser qualified shooters are excluded,I would be careful what you wish for.The most likely result will be a divide in our ranks, with one group very unhappy as being considered inferior and instead of looking up and respecting the top shooters, they will...

Re: NRAA QUEENS / Australian Championships

I also would like to see a "proper" national championship. Queens Prize meetings, whether they be national or S & Ts, may be called championships, and are prestigious events, but technically they are just large prize meetings. Anyone can rock up and compete, even complete novices. I'd...

Re: NRAA QUEENS / Australian Championships

While I would like "The NRAA Nationals" to be shared around a few suitable ranges, I know the NRAA wont let it move away from its own backyard with its nice facilities off the range. (Even if they have stuffed a great range by putting all those massive big vertical inducing mounds along it...
