There is Government money available for those who are selected in overseas teams but generally you have to apply for it. Mike, The lunch break is for the markers. To have a fouling period means closing the track to the butts whilst it is occurring. I think the markers are entitled to free movement in their break. In any case we usually do not have a one hour lunch break (more like 45-50 minutes or even less if weather...

Bruce, Pretty simple system. Each city puts in a bid that includes the sports that they will support. Some sports such as athletics and swimming are compulsory and other sports are optional. Shooting is in the list of optional sports. For 2022 it was supposed to be Durban in South Africa who was to ...

The main job at the moment is to keep any shooting in the Commonwealth Games. It has always been an optional sport and at the moment it is off the list of sports for Birmingham 2022. There is a push to get it included but it may not happen. This is all shooting sports not just TR.

We have shot the SA championships twice now and have toured extensively after each shoot by hiring cars and driving around.
